Just thought I should check in to let you know that I haven't disappeared altogether. I'm in the final stages of my PhD dissertation, and in the middle of packing up to move back to Canada in about a week and a half, so things are just a little bit mad here...
but never fear, there is plenty of tea and Oreo cookies to keep me going! :)

Best of luck with the writing! Me, I'm just beginning the first chapter ... and have 2.5 years to go. Sigh.
