Yesterday we took advantage of the pseudo-summer weather, and headed out to Tynemouth for a day at the beach. The weather was great at the coast, and the beach was busy - but still quiet enough for us to claim a corner, and spread ourselves out for a game of frisbee.
John had brought 7 different types of sports equipment, and we had a go at most of them - here's Michelle showing off her Hacky-Sack skills:
It was so nice to get out to the ocean again - especially on a day that actually feels like spring! (course it did get a little cool once you stopped running around!)
