All quiet on the Blogging Front

Not much going on here, which is why its been several weeks since I last posted. My knitting mojo is pretty much lost - after making Mike's jumper too small, everything else I've made has been coming out too small. Specifically, my own grey jumper, the gathered pullover from the Winter Interweave Knits.

I have this much done:
I also had most of one sleeve done, until I tried it on, decided it was too tight, and frogged it right away. Bad move, really, because I didn't remember to check my gauge before pulling it out - so now I don't know if I was just knitting too tightly or something. I tried re-knitting the sleeve on larger needles, but that was too big, so now I'm just stuck. I'm also of half a mind to frog the body of this jumper and make it slightly bigger, and perhaps a little longer. But then I think that maybe I should block it first, to see if it grows at all. And then I just put it away before doing anything stupid.

And so I have lost my knitting mojo. Tonight I think I will pick up the tulip cardigan/top thingie from last summer's Rowan Mag, and knit that for a little while. At least until I do something stupid, and feel the need to rip that out too...

It's the changing of the seasons, possibly? Something which makes you want to have things done, and not to sit still for long enough to finish anything. Yep - Spring.
