The benefits of winter

Today Vancouver got it's one hit of winter - beautiful sunny skies, sure, but with morning windchills of -11*C (trust me that's really cold for Vancouver!).  On the plus side, are the lovely pink sunsets we've had this week.

Sorry its a little blurry - but at least it captures the colours properly!

With all the leaves gone from the trees, we get a lovely view of the ocean - by the time summer comes around, all we'll have left is the ocean-scented air! ;)
